Job Summary:

International Horizons is excited to announce an opportunity for Student Referral Coordinators to join our growing virtual school, which offers IGCSE and A-Level programmes to students worldwide. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals who are passionate about education and building connections.
As a Student Referral Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our virtual school to prospective families and students. You’ll be responsible for building a network of referrals and ensuring a steady stream of student enrollments for our IGCSE and A-Level programmes. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and engage with potential students and families interested in IGCSE and A-Level programmes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with educational consultants, community leaders, and relevant organizations to build referral networks.

• Represent International Horizons at virtual events, webinars, and other online forums to promote our programmes.

• Provide prospective families with accurate information about our curriculum, admissions process, and virtual learning environment.

• Track and report referral activities and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.

• Education Background: Familiarity with IGCSE and A-Level programmes is a plus.

• Networking Expertise: Proven ability to establish connections and foster relationships.

• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and achieve referral targets.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication, promotion, and tracking activities.
